Dr. Moses Nasser

Board Certified in Family and Addiction Medicine

Dr. Moses Nasser has a double board certification in Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine. His experience in addiction medicine goes back to medical school over 20 years ago. The adventure of spiritual growth that followed led to the study and use of holistic healing, music for meditation healing, guided meditation guided imagery, and understanding the deep physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual reasons that we turn to addictive substances and behaviors.

Dr. Moses continued to practice Family Medicine, including Osteopathic Manipulation and meditation, and teaching spirituality and natural healing. He also practiced urgent care medicine, and created a large-scale, mindfulness based customer service program for a large medical group, training hundreds of health care workers in how to treat patients with compassion and empathy.

Dr. Moses then fully transitioned out of family medicine, urgent care, and customer service to practicing Addiction Medicine. He attained his “MAT” certification (Medication Assisted Treatment) He gained his board certification in Addiction Medicine through the American Osteopathic Academy of Addiction Medicine. He also underwent a fellowship training to build up his psychiatric skillset (TNT-Primary Care Psychiatry).

Gregory Swift, LMFT

Clinical Director/Therapist

Gregory Swift strives to bring an effective blend of compassion, clarity, caring, and experience to the process of counseling to those who are struggling with addictions to drugs and alcohol as well as those suffering with Co-Occurring Disorders such as Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, and Grief and Loss. He aims to provide genuine healing and holistic care to each individual.

Gregory is a native of Southern California and has studied at University of Phoenix where he received a B.A. degree in Business Management, he earned his Master’s degree at National University in Counseling Psychology as well as a Master’s degree of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary. Gregory is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and an ordained pastor with the Lutheran Congregations Mission in Christ (LCMC).Gregory has over 20 years of counseling experience working in-patient and out-patient settings.

Pamela McCoy

B.S. Business Management & Marketing from Chapman University
Pamela McCoy brings many years of experience as an entrepreneur/business owner. She successfully operated a Real Estate Appraisal company for over 20 years where her duties included recruiting, training, billing, quality control, bookkeeping and advertising. She is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker. Pamela has a Bachelor of Science degree with dual majors of Business Management and Marketing from Chapman University. In her spare time, Pamela is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her family.

Sena Luna

Director of Operations

Master’s in Business Administration

She has sixteen years office administration experience working for another Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center which gives her the knowledge and experience to be a part of the Elijah’s House Treatment Center. Sena has her Masters Degree in Business Administration. She gives the office the expertise and structure that is necessary to have a successful program in the community. Her passion is helping people with addiction get the help they need to succeed in their recovery from drugs and alcohol.

Jasmine Ashleigh McCoy

Assistant Office Manager / Secretary

Jasmine attended Cal State Northridge majoring in Business Administration. She volunteered with Elijah’s House for numerous years before she officially became part of our staff. Jasmine has excellent communication and writing skills and has a true heart for helping others in recovery. Currently, Jasmine is furthering her education to become a licensed RN.

Clint Davis, CADC III

ALMFT

Over 10 years of 12-step program experience. Graduate from Pacific Oaks College MFT program with a specialization in Trauma. CATC III certified. Bachelor in Human Development. Graduated GCC Substance Abuse Program.  In Clint’s spare time, he likes to travel.

Robert Walker, CACTC-II

Substance Abuse Counselor

Bob Walker is a native of Southern California. He has enjoyed the glorious weather and all the opportunities available living in sunny Southern California. Bob graduated from Glendale Community College in the Addiction Studies program. Bob is currently pursuing a second career as a counselor and enjoys the challenges it presents.
When he’s not working at Elijah House, helping others discover their potential, he’s cycling, walking or just enjoying the outdoors. He lives in Pasadena with his wife and his adorable dog Max.

Michelle Lauderman, RAC

Substance Abuse Counselor

Michelle chose to leave a 25 year career in the healthcare field to focus on helping others with substance abuse disorders.  She is a graduate of the Drug and Alcohol program at Glendale Community College and is in the process of completing her hours to become a substance abuse counselor at Elijah’s House. She has experience in process groups, psycho-education, 12-Step programs and case management.  Michelle feels that working in recovery is not only a career it is a calling. She believes recovery is a process of change through which an individual achieves abstinence as well as improved health, wellness and quality of life.

I am very thankful that I was able to do my externship at one of the best facilities in the city of Pasadena at Elijah’s House Treatment Center. After my externship I was hired as a Clinical Medical Assistant and became part of EHTC staff. I particularly love being in a position helping people. I am willing and capable of performing any task thrown at me. I love a challenge and delight having variety of duties from day to day and continuing my education in nursing school.

Monique Valdez

Technician

Monique took her first steps into the field of recovery back in 2015. She has involvement with substance abuse facilities along with dual diagnosis. She is an active member in the Narcotics Anonymous & Alcoholics Anonymous community. Monique has a passion for people understanding their disease and rebuilding relationships with loved ones.

Amber Moreno

Technician

Amber Moreno joined Elijah’s House in October 2022, as a technician.   Amber is committed to helping those who suffer from drug and alcohol addiction. When she is not keeping busy with Elijah’s House she is outdoors hiking, cooking, and enjoying family time.

Baron Ojogho

Special Counsel/CFO

Baron serves as counsel and CFO at Elijah’s House.  He is a licensed member of the New York and California bars, with significant law firm and in-house counsel experience.  Baron spent 4 years working in the finance group for a law firm on Wall St. and as an attorney for a Fortune 50 company.  His corporate law experience extends to real estate financings, purchase and sale agreements, corporate formation and organizations, debt finance, private equity, and due diligence research.  Baron earned his Juris Doctorate from New York University School of Law.
